As you may know, I had some concerns as to who would be the best contractor for the project, and after speaking with your brother I felt an immediate trust and honesty. Your staff from Brenda, to Dave and Will, and even the contractor who will be cleaning the duct work have all been totally professional, courteous, and very willing to share information.
Dave and Will arrived here a tad EARLY (how nice these days!), were professionally dressed and started the job immediately. They answered every question I had and most importantly treated my home with respect. Before they were finished another of your trucks arrived to cart away the old system so there were no loose ends.

Dear Dave,
This letter is in reference to the recent purchase and installation of an A/C unit. I wanted to let you know that I appreciate your honestly and patience through that difficult situation. From the time Dan came to my home to check out the unit late Thursday night, I felt there was actually someone that was willing to help me that would follow through on their commitment of communication. That made all the difference in the world! I was obviously at the end of my rope after dealing with company after company that would make promises they never intended to keep. If I worked that way, I wouldn't have a job.
You helped me see the reality of the situation with American Home Shield. Working with them has been a challenge. I really believed that they would help me in my time of need. Obviously, I was simply paying for my own piece of mind - not reality. Oh, well, I now have a wonderful A/C unit that will keep my home cool that will be maintained well.
As for installation, thank you for getting it all set up so quickly. Trever did a great job with the installation aspect.

I would like to thank you for your company's prompt and effective service in fixing my AlC problem.
Even though the unit was installed two months ago, the condenser failed on one of the hottest days of the year (July 31). Within hours one of your technicians was on the scene, diagnosed the problem, and started the process of getting me a new unit. Your office staff expedited the process; and on the morning of August 1st, your technician installed the new unit and had it up and running by 8:30 AM.

Last week QHM removed my old and dying heat pump and replaced it with a new York system. The crew that did the work (Justin and Den) did everything with such professionalism that I was highly impressed. They answered all my questions, tested the system to make sure it's well regulated and even found an unconnected wire in the roof which they fixed even without telling me. It was after when I found out that our bedroom fan was now working, did we put two-and-two together and determined why. It was a pleasure to meet Justin and Den and you're fortunate to have them on your team.
Please extend my thanks also to Mr. Miller, who came to my house to provide a well devised proposal.

This correspondence is sent to you as a compliment to you and the excellent technicians who work for your company.
Just recently, I had one of your technicians who indicated that I had a leak in the attic and there was a need to replace the line set. I decided to call your office for a second opinion and Heath was sent to my home and found that the leak was a bad coil and needed to be replaced and not the line set as indicated by the other technician. By the way, I am not upset about the recommendation of the technician who thought a line set needed to be changed. I just wanted to make sure we got it right the first time.
On Friday, April 11, 2008, Rob and Tom were sent to my home to change the coil.
I just wanted you to know how happy with the job Rob and Tom did in replacing the coil and the job Heath did in finding the leak. In addition, all of these technicians are real professionals and very fine people. Actually, all of the technicians that have come to my home have been excellent technicians and represented your company very well.
Please let all of them know how happy I am with the job they did at my home. Now, I know for sure
that I selected the right company to purchase my new Air Conditioner for my home when I selected Quality Home Maintenance.

As you know, on May 21, 2007 three Quality Home Maintenance employees installed a new heat pump and air handler system in my home. I am writing in praise of their work, attitudes and customer service. These three, Mr. Dave Dumkee, Mr. Clint Goodman and Mr. Victor Soudani, were polite, courteous, neat and careful in walking through my house and yard as they installed the new equipment. They were obviously very aware of the trust and responsibilities placed upon them when working in private homes.
